Abstract: Symmetry is a general phenomenon in the natural world, but it is widely used in the study of mathematics and mechanics. Hamiltonian reduction theory is one of the most active subjects in the study of modern analytical mechanics and applied mathematics, a lot of deep and beautiful results have been obtained, and a lot of important problems about this subject are being explored and studied. In this report, we introduce briefly some recent developments of reduction theory of Hamiltonian systems with symmetry and control, and their some applications following our recent research work.
